Job Summary
We seek a motivated Loan Officer responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process while building strong relationships with referral partners. Key responsibilities include managing the complete loan lifecycle from application to closing, and staying updated on market trends and compliance requirements. Successful candidates will have at least two years of recent experience in mortgage loan origination, an active MLO license, and a proven ability to drive results through strong communication and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS
- Proven track record of successful loan origination
- Ability to manage a consistent loan pipeline effectively
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Advanced organizational abilities and strategic problem-solving approach
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others win
