Job Summary
As a Loan Officer, you'll guide clients and referral partners through the mortgage journey, building relationships and helping them navigate options confidently. You'll manage the entire loan process, from application to closing, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Success hinges on your ethical commitment, proven mortgage origination experience, and strong relationship management skills. A minimum of 2 years in mortgage loan origination and an active MLO license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS
- Ability to manage a consistent loan pipeline effectively
