Job Summary
Engage with borrowers to understand their goals and provide expert guidance on VA loans, structuring deals and setting expectations. Leverage online systems to review credit and identify optimal loan solutions, then guide clients through the process by explaining options, rates, and terms. Manage loan files from application through closing while collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth experience. This role balances high-touch service with performance-driven results, supported by industry-leading technology that automates manual tasks. You will work in a fast-paced environment where outreach primarily targets Veterans who have already expressed interest.
