Job Summary
Run your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, managing loan products for all borrower types while maintaining a database of past clients for marketing. Close at least 3-5 units per month by leveraging strong referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners. You may operate as an individual LO or add additional LOs to your team, with administrative, operational, and compliance support provided by Corporate. Uncapped commissions are available for those with a proven track record of developing these partner relationships.
Required Qualifications
- An active NMLS/MLO license
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month
