Job Summary
Manage your mortgage loan business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, utilizing uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types. You may operate as an individual Loan Officer or add additional LOs to your team. Maintain a database of past clients for marketing and close at least 3-5 units per month by leveraging strong referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners. Administrative, operational, and compliance support is provided by Corporate. Requires an active NMLS/MLO license, strong knowledge of lending regulations, and proficiency in relevant software.

- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month
