Job Summary
Run your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, managing loan products for all borrower types while leveraging uncapped commissions. Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners to maintain a client database and close at least 3-5 units monthly. You may add additional Loan Officers to your team or operate as an individual LO, supported by administrative, operational, and compliance functions from Corporate. Requires an active NMLS/MLO license, strong knowledge of lending regulations, and a sales-oriented mindset to achieve targets.
Required Qualifications
- An active NMLS/MLO license
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month
