Job Summary
Run your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, leveraging strong referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners to close 3-5 units monthly. Maintain a client database for marketing while utilizing administrative, operational, and compliance support provided by Corporate. Act as an individual Loan Officer or add additional LOs to your team, offering loan products for all borrower types with uncapped commissions. Requires an active NMLS/MLO license, deep knowledge of lending regulations, and exceptional interpersonal skills to assess complex financial information and achieve sales targets.
