Job Summary
Run your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, managing loan products for all borrower types while leveraging strong referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners. Maintain a client database for marketing and aim to close at least 3-5 units monthly. You may add additional Loan Officers to your team or operate as an individual LO, supported by administrative, operational, and compliance resources from Corporate. Uncapped commissions are available for this entrepreneurial role.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month
- An active NMLS/MLO license
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
