Job Summary
Run your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, managing loan products for all borrower types while leveraging strong referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners. Maintain a client database for marketing and aim to close 3-5 units monthly. You will operate as an individual LO or build a team of additional LOs, supported by corporate administrative, operational, and compliance functions. Uncapped commissions are available for those with a proven track record in relationship building and sales.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month
- An active NMLS/MLO license
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
