Job Summary
Run your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, managing a database of past clients for marketing and maintaining relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners. Close at least 3-5 units per month while leveraging uncapped commissions across loan products for all borrower types. Administrative, operational, and compliance support are provided by Corporate, allowing you to operate as an individual LO or add additional LOs to your team. An active NMLS/MLO license and strong knowledge of lending regulations are required.
Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month
