Job Summary
Run your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, managing loan products for all borrower types while maintaining a database of past clients for marketing. Build referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners to achieve a history of closing at least 3-5 units per month. Act as an individual LO or add additional LOs to your team, leveraging administrative and operational support provided by Corporate. Uncapped commissions are available for those with a proven track record in lending regulations and sales-oriented target achievement.
Required Qualifications
- An active NMLS/MLO license
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
