Job Summary
Run your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis, managing loan products for all borrower types while leveraging strong referral relationships with realtors, CPAs, and financial planners. Maintain a client database for marketing and aim to close 3-5 units monthly. You will operate under an active NMLS/MLO license with administrative and compliance support provided by Corporate. Uncapped commissions are available for individual LOs or team leaders. Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is licensed in 28 states and offers an entrepreneurial opportunity for those skilled in relationship building and sales.
Required Qualifications
- An active NMLS/MLO license
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
