Job Summary
As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will be responsible for managing client communications, taking initial loan applications, and providing support throughout the loan process. Essential duties include leading follow-ups, reviewing documentation, collecting borrower information, initiating appointments, and managing lead trackers. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while being knowledgeable in relevant software. A loan officer license is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a basic Loan Officer Assistant role
- Loan officer Licence in the state you do business
- Knowledge of the Encompass LOS and MS office suite
