Job Summary
The Loan Officer Assistant is responsible for managing communications and taking initial loan applications, supporting customers throughout the loan process, and assisting the managing loan officer from contact to contract. Key duties include providing exceptional service, leading follow-ups, reviewing documentation, maintaining regular communication with the loan officer, and acting as a liaison between the borrower and third parties. Candidates should be detail-oriented, structured, and skilled in multi-tasking, with knowledge of Encompass LOS and MS Office. A valid loan officer license is required.
