Job Summary
Manage communications and provide administrative support to Loan Officers and Branch Manager by developing correspondence, managing databases, and distributing loan status reports. Call online applicants to gather missing information, follow up with pre-quals, and maintain contact with closed clients. Input loan data from start to finish into E3, run loans through various systems, and submit files to underwriting. Order appraisals, titles, and stack files before handing them to processors, while tracking UTCs, closings, and lock expirations to meet deadlines. Attend weekly team meetings and bi-weekly LO meetings. After six months, performance reviews may explore a mentoring position to learn the origination side of the business.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to take classes and testing to qualify for Federal / State Loan Officer License within first 6 months of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Word)
- Ability to learn and work with various Mortgage computerized applications
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Follow-up skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must be detail, task and goal oriented
- Ability to relate and communicate in a professional, personable manner with all levels of management, internal and external contacts
- Ability to prioritize and perform constantly changing multiple tasks in a very fast paced team environment
- Excellent attendance history
- 1-2 years administrative support experience
- Must be able to navigate throughout the building
- Must be able to travel throughout the community
- Must be able to physically present self at real estate and other customer offices for marketing purposes
- Must be able to hear and communicate well
- Must have good eye-hand coordination and finger movement for use in computer software programs

- College degree
- 1 year Mortgage Industry experience
