Job Summary
Monitor key dates for loan transactions and manage the collection of signed disclosures and supporting documentation from customers. Send loan forms, order credit supplements and work numbers, and prepare applications for submission to processing while resolving file conditions and escalating issues as required. Maintain the originator's database, track active loans, and provide status updates to referral sources and customers, ensuring fees and closing cash align with commitments. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and product discussions, pricing loans and communicating terms in accordance with company and investor underwriting guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active MLO licensing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
