Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and referral sources, managing lead callbacks within 20 minutes to maintain a 35% conversion rate and setting appointments for originators. Assist in building complete loan files by analyzing credit scenarios, running credit checks, and preparing 1003s and Initial Fee Worksheets. Coordinate marketing efforts, including email campaigns to realtors and distributing advertising materials, while tracking active loans and responding to customer inquiries regarding application status. Submit loan applications to processing, resolve file issues, and order verification documents such as 4506T and Work Numbers. Maintain compliance with SAFE Act policies and company underwriting guidelines throughout the Lead to Contract and Contract to Close phases.
Required Qualifications
- Active MLO licensing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
