Maintain a comprehensive sales database, establish prospecting plans to attract new clients, and develop individual sales goals for loans and financial services. Collaborate with tax, accounting, and insurance specialists on joint sales calls to differentiate GreenStone as a leading financial institution. Analyze moderately sized mortgage and commercial loan requests independently or with a Credit Analyst to ensure decisions align with risk parameters. Actively contribute to the local community to strengthen relationships and build trust within the agricultural sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience in the agribusiness/farming industry
- equivalent experience in agriculture credit
- closely related field experience
