Job Summary
Manage secured and unsecured loan portfolios by evaluating collateral value, verifying legal titles, and coordinating with appraisers and legal teams. Analyze credit scores, income stability, and debt-to-income ratios to assess risk for personal, vehicle, and education loans. Guide applicants through the entire loan application lifecycle, compile financial packages, and cross-sell relevant products like insurance. Maintain compliance with banking regulations and privacy laws while cultivating new client relationships through active market prospecting. Requires immediate joiners, own conveyance, and a valid driving license. Salary ranges from 4LPA to 14LPA with performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in retail financing
- Strong understanding of credit scoring and risk analysis
- Proficiency in loan origination software and CRM tools
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Local areas and Geography
- Hindi

- Must have a Good CIBIL Score
- Immediate joiners or less than 30days notice preferred
- Must Not be a frequent job changer
