Job Summary
Senior management role responsible for Loan IQ product development and site reliability engineering across multiple teams. Drives applications systems analysis and programming activities, provides personnel management (evaluations, hiring, discipline), and oversees budgeting, planning, and standards. Applies in-depth knowledge of applications development within the broader technology function to achieve goals, exercises evaluative judgment in complex situations, and influences senior leaders across functions while ensuring risk and compliance considerations are addressed. Requires leadership experience with Java technologies (Spring Boot, Angular) and global technology teams, with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable software solutions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5 years of experience in Loan IQ product
- 10+ years experience with Java related technologies including spring boot and angular
- 5+ years experience of platform management
- Experience managing global technology teams
- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
