Job Summary
Prescreen and prepare loan documentation for consumer non-real estate and commercial requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations. Review submissions to apply holds when necessary, assign loan codes for reporting, and prepare packages for e-signatures. Upload documents to onBase, approve placeholders for offloading, and respond to inquiries from lending staff via phone, email, and messaging. Perform corrections on loan documents as requested and complete administrative renewals and checklists before release. Maintain service level standards in a production environment while working in a constant state of alertness. Requires two years of related experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED
- Specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area
- 2 years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, notes, letters and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats
- Advanced Alphanumeric Data Entry
- Advanced Word Processing/Typing
- Basic 10-Key
- Basic Payroll Systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to accomplish work assignments under minimal supervision and tight schedules

- Experience servicing customer needs in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Good documentation/organizational skills
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
