Job Summary
Loan Documentation Clerk with BancFirst in Seminole, OK. Onsite full-time role (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri; Saturdays as needed) handling loan documentation, verifications, payoff notices, imaging of documents, and daily/weekly reporting. Responsibilities include communicating loan maintenance to OKC, assisting customers by phone, balancing general ledger accounts, processing transactions such as payments and disbursements, and ensuring adherence to bank policies. Requires detail orientation, ability to learn banking software, strong customer service, ability to work under deadlines, and professional conduct.
