Job Summary
Loan Documentation and Processing Associate Analyst role involves managing and reviewing loan documentation, processing and closing loans in a complex loans operation environment, handling day-to-day loan transactions (booking cash transactions, making payments, loan reconciliations, GL entries), interacting with counterparties, supporting a range of loan products, identifying and resolving documentation/process issues, recommending process improvements, designing loan documentation reports, and ensuring risk controls. Requires clear written and verbal communication, teamwork, and adherence to policies; involves exposure to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citi's reputation and assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Experience with Canadian Loans Servicing is a plus
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team
- Detail-oriented
- Can work well under pressure and multi-task
