Loan Coordinator - US Mortgage

Review incoming files, complete order-outs, and be an all-around supportive team member to ensure teammates can focus on primary responsibilities. Track Lead Notes from the Loan Officer, monitor App Submitted emails, set up Encompass files to align with Lead Notes, perform File Set-up reviews when apps/docs are received, order credit and organize docs in Encompass, correct obvious errors on client apps, send files to the Pre-Approval team when enough docs are available, run DU/LP and order appraisals when needed, provide client needs lists after initial reviews and after Preapproval, obtain EOI/VOE/HOA docs when requested, ensure documents are correct at funding time to avoid delays, and maintain a tracker of all files to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
