Job Summary
Loan Consultant focusing on cultivating loan referrals through outside meetings with builders, realtors, and consumers; analyzes income, assets, credit, and property to determine best loan program; spends at least 50% of hours outside the office conducting sales calls to build referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and consumers; negotiates rates/fees/locks with customers and manages the loan pipeline toward closing; communicates with operations staff to ensure a smooth Closing and maintains regular updates with borrowers throughout the process.
Required Qualifications
- NMLS loan originator license
- 1+ years of experience working in a mortgage loan originations capacity
