Job Summary
Promote and sell loan and protection products while understanding customer needs to recommend appropriate financial solutions. Manage the entire sales process from application to closing, performing credit assessments, processing payments, and handling overdue accounts. Build strong relationships through excellent service to meet individual and team sales goals. Requires a high school diploma, minimum one year of sales experience, and strong negotiation skills. Full-time permanent role with competitive hourly pay plus incentives. Located in Montreal.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
- French or English
