Job Summary
Promote and sell loan and protection products while understanding customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions. Manage the entire sales process from application to closing, performing credit assessments, processing payments, and managing overdue accounts. Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service while staying focused on individual and team sales goals. This role requires a high school diploma, minimum one year of sales experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Competitive hourly rate plus uncapped bonuses. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

- Must successfully pass validation of their work experience
