Job Summary
Actively promote and sell loan and protection products while understanding customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions. Manage the entire sales process from application to closing, performing credit assessments, processing payments, and handling overdue accounts. Build strong relationships through excellent service while staying focused on individual and team sales goals. This role involves in-person and virtual interactions within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Candidates must have at least one year of sales experience with a focus on meeting targets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must successfully pass a credit check
- Must successfully pass validation of their work experience

- Post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business
