Job Summary
Loan Consultant role with Fairstone Bank involves actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, understanding customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions, managing the entire sales process in person and virtually, building strong relationships, earning trust through excellent service, and performing credit assessments and payments processing to support active loans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales or business is an asset)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
