Job Summary
Actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment by understanding customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions. Manage the entire sales process, both in person and virtually, from application to closing while performing credit assessments, processing payments, and managing overdue accounts. Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service while staying focused on individual and team sales goals. This role supports Fairstone Bank's mission as Canada's leading alternative lending bank, offering a diverse suite of products including mortgages, consumer deposits, and digital lending to clients across the country.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must successfully pass a credit check
- Must successfully pass validation of their work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business
