Job Summary
Frontline Loan Assistant with significant customer contact responsibilities. Interview loan applicants to gather personal and financial data, help complete applications, verify information, and assemble/close loan documents. Prepare title certificates and appraisals through legal services, fund loans, ensure compliance, file documents, and record loan activity. Role includes cross-selling appropriate products/services, making referrals, answering customer questions, identifying customer needs, and closing sales or referring customers to bank personnel. Requires good computer skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, organizational efficiency, and a customer-service orientation.
