The position of Commercial Real Estate Servicing Associate involves supporting day-to-day operations of a commercial mortgage loan portfolio. Key tasks include monitoring borrower compliance, supporting servicing needs, reviewing reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience with commercial real estate loans
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRE servicing systems (e.g., EPAM or similar) is strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, Pivot Tables)
- Strong understanding of loan structures, financial statements, and real estate finance fundamentals
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle a high volume of tasks
- Strong communication skills and comfort working across departments and with external partners
