Job Summary
Interface between loan officers and credit administration to assist in loan processing, servicing, file maintenance, and special projects. Book and disburse new loans, renewals, and modifications to the core system while ensuring compliance with bank policies and federal regulations. Process documents for titles and mortgage recordings, prepare daily and monthly settlement reports with vendors, and maintain escrow accounts for timely tax and insurance payments. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and in person, track incoming recordable documents, and resolve exception reports. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in computer systems and math, and strong communication skills. Full-time and part-time associates are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
