Job Summary
Loan Administration Specialist will process loan transactions and reconciliations with minimal supervision, provide assistance in managing MPF projects, handle General Ledger entries and Cash management, act as liaison for customers and PFIs, resolve issues, compile periodic status and exception reports, cross-train in other MPF Provider areas, and may back up functions in MPF Provider. The role requires MS Office proficiency, 2-5 years of experience in mortgage/financial services, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tasks end-to-end. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services
- 2-5 years customer service experience

- Strong presentation skills
- MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access)
- General understanding of system/technical concepts
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and see tasks through from start to finish
