Loan Administration Specialist

Job Summary
Responsible for reviewing loan originations for FHLB/FRB pledging, auditing loan documents (promissory notes, security instruments, title policies, and legal descriptions) for collateral submission, and monitoring pledged collateral for compliance. Prepare and review QCRs and FRB reports, coordinate with lending/loan operations/compliance to correct documentation deficiencies, maintain a tickler system for financial documentation and loan covenants, assist with organizing and cross-training for complex loan files, review post-closing adjustments and Call Reports, and ensure accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, and knowledge of loan documentation and banking regulations; hybrid schedule with a Miami, FL location.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business administration preferred or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years of experience in the Banking industry, specifically in the Loan Operations or Credit Administration area
- Prior experience submitting QCRs or managing a loan collateral pledge program (FHLB or FRB) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Knowledge in Jack Henry (JHA Silverlake) and NCINO.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, strong organization, time-management, and prioritizing skills
- Strong knowledge in loan documentation and financial documentation
- Knowledge of related State and Federal banking compliance regulations and operational policies
- Ability to understand and comprehend instructions, procedures and policies ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of loan documentation and financial documentation
- Knowledge of related State and Federal banking compliance regulations and operational policies
- Ability to understand and comprehend instructions, procedures and policies ensuring compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures
