Job Summary
Anchor Loans is seeking a Loan Account Coordinator to establish and maintain client relationships, enter prospective loan applications, prepare settlement statements and LOIs, order third-party documents, and act as a liaison among clients, brokers, title companies, and internal staff. The role manages a 20–25 loan pipeline, ensures documents meet underwriting standards, and submits files for underwriting approval. The position supports hybrid work with an office in Thousand Oaks, CA and remote opportunities for those not located nearby. Responsibilities emphasize coordinating loan files, reviewing qualification items, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines, and facilitating timely communication and status updates throughout the loan process.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a loan processor preferred
- Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Team-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
