Job Summary
Lead daily loadout operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery by supervising team members and coordinating truck, rail, and customer activities. Monitor loadout processes, equipment performance, and inventory movement to maximize efficiency while driving compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Foster a positive safety culture and promote continuous improvement through effective communication and data analysis in an industrial aggregates environment. May require occasional evening, weekend, or on-call support based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial, manufacturing, aggregates, cement, or related operational environment
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to foster a positive safety culture
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Demonstrated problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use operational systems, analyze performance data, and drive process improvements
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas
