Job Summary
Loading Dock Security at Coca-Cola Roxy in Atlanta, GA. Responsible for loading dock security, acting as the high-security threshold between the public area and backstage. Duties include monitoring and authorizing entrance/exit of employees, guests, and other persons; keeping records of daily activities; verifying non-credentialed guests; organizing and positioning trucks, buses, and vehicles; operating screening devices to prevent prohibited articles; patrolling premises to deter intrusion; authenticating approved vehicles; enforcing venue security protocols; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and security experience; emphasizes professional demeanor, strong judgment, teamwork, and clear communication; physical ability to stand/walk long hours, lift 50 lbs+, and endure lengthy shifts. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and maintain good judgment within policy and procedures
