Job Summary
Service & installation of loading dock and material handling products at customer locations. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues involving electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs. Perform daily travel to respond to a consistent flow of dispatched service calls. Maintain inventory of parts and equipment in the company vehicle while documenting all findings and work performed. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 75 lbs required. Background check and DOT drug tests are mandatory. Experience installing overhead doors and scissor lifts, along with electric, hydraulic, and welding skills, are advantageous. Full benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and flex plans are available. Starting pay is $28.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a background check and DOT/Drug Tests
- Valid Driver License
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to organize workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain and inventory all parts and equipment in a company provided vehicle
- Ability to effectively communicate positively with customers and management
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Must be able to lift 75lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 24 months of experience in a related industry
- Experience installing and servicing loading dock equipment, overhead doors and scissor lifts
- Electric, hydraulic and welding experience
- MS Office products experience
