Job Summary
Operate loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment while performing general labour tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning up job sites. Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and strictly follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture while working with operators, crew members, and direct supervisors in a physically demanding environment. Possess a valid driver's license with a driving record free of major infractions and pass a medical/fitness exam. Join Park Paving Ltd.'s Underground Division for the 2026 season as a full-time seasonal role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a construction or similar environment
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction
