Job Summary
Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers. Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport while weighing incoming waste using the Weighbridge system. Operate forklifts and hand trucks, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers and maneuver carts up to 200 lbs. Complete required paperwork accurately and collaborate with teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule. This full-time, direct-hire role offers 40 hours per week with benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment
- Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting corners
- Team-oriented
- A stable work history and commitment to showing up every day ready to work
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lb containers
- Must be able to push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
- Must be able to operate forklifts and hand trucks
- Must be able to weigh incoming waste using a Weighbridge system
- Must be able to prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders
- Must be able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 1st shift (9:00 AM-5:30PM) and switch to (6:00AM-2:30PM)
- Must be able to work full-time direct hire role of 40 hours per week
- Must be able to work in Stow, OH
