Job Summary
Coordinate dock operations and manage driver and freight handler scheduling to ensure timely dispatching of LTL loads. Lead a team in Hatfield, PA, ensuring safety compliance and adherence to quality freight handling procedures. Manage daily logistics and solve operational problems in a fast-paced environment. Requires proven basic leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must know the local area and demonstrate solid problem-solving abilities.
