Loader Operator

Loader Operator responsible for operating the loader and other heavy construction equipment in a safe, efficient manner. Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks, follow supervisor directions, operate loader controls to scoop and dump material, and drive or maneuver in bulk material settings. Maintain equipment, perform routine cleaning, and assist with other construction duties as required. Must be familiar with sand and gravel plant operations, able to walk, sit, lift, push, pull, and climb, and work a flexible schedule including midnight and early morning shifts. Role requires consistent safety practices, outdoor work in extreme heat/cold/noise, use of protective equipment, clear communication with staff, and ability to pass a health physical including back x-ray, hearing test, and drug/alcohol screen. Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned.
