Loader Operator

Loader Operator responsible for operating loader and other heavy equipment safely, performing daily maintenance and safety checks, following supervisor directions, and performing related construction duties. Duties include manipulating loader controls to load and dump bulk material, cleaning and maintaining equipment, operating additional heavy equipment as needed, and working in a sand and gravel plant environment. Requires physical exertion (walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing) and the ability to work a flexible schedule including midnight and early morning shifts; must adhere to safety culture and wear protective equipment; may be exposed to extreme heat, cold, noise, and outdoor conditions; must pass health physical, including back x-ray, hearing test, and drug/alcohol screen; willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned.
