Job Summary
Operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant, loading and unloading trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep operations moving. Perform pre- and post-shift equipment checks, report maintenance needs, and adhere to all safety rules and gear requirements. Maintain a clean work area, assist with inventory counts, and support the crew and production team to ensure schedules are met. Work side-by-side with your team in all weather conditions, ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to complete our pre-employment screenings

- You're physically able to handle a job that keeps you moving in all kinds of weather
- High school diploma or equivalent
