Job Summary
Operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant, loading and unloading trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep operations moving. Check equipment before and after each shift, report issues immediately, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Follow all safety rules, wear required gear, and assist with inventory counts to ensure material availability. Pitch in wherever needed, share ideas with leaders, and support the crew to keep the plant running on schedule. Work side-by-side with the production team in all weather conditions, adhering to our 5 Principles of Service.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to complete our pre-employment screenings

- You're physically able to handle a job that keeps you moving in all kinds of weather
Desired Qualifications
- Experience running loaders or other big machines
- You know how to check your equipment and handle basic fixes
