Job Summary
Operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant, loading and unloading trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep operations moving. Check equipment before and after each shift, report issues immediately, and maintain safety by following all rules and wearing required gear. Keep work areas clean, count inventory, and pitch in wherever needed to support the crew and production team. Work side-by-side with your crew to maintain schedule and share ideas for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to complete our pre-employment screenings

- You're physically able to handle a job that keeps you moving in all kinds of weather
Desired Qualifications
- Experience running loaders or other big machines
