Job Summary
Operate heavy machinery at the Conroe facility: set up, operate, and maintain equipment to support production. Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to minimize downtime, follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate field logs and environmental documents. Monitor equipment performance, follow the PM schedule, report spills and malfunctions, and ensure safe operation while adhering to company safety and environmental guidelines. Maintain paperwork such as Field Logs and DVIRs, and coordinate with the Area Manager on equipment issues. The role emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, and productive collaboration to support sustainable operations at Denali.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain necessary certifications for equipment operation
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or industrial setting
- Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Experience preferred
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs+
