Job Summary
Operate and maneuver construction equipment including front-end loaders to load trucks with materials such as sand and stone. Inspect equipment for functionality, coordinate actions with crew members, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requires effective communication and at least three years of relevant industry experience, particularly in roads, highways, and bridges.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) to Five (5) years or more of industry related experience is required
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively
Additional Requirements
- Exposure to grease, noise, dust, and dirt of the construction project
- All work is performed outdoors in all types of weather, including extreme heat
- Job requires long hours of standing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, squatting and walking
