Job Summary
Operate company front-end loaders or forklifts to move and load vehicles while maintaining documentation of vehicle movement. Conduct daily pre and post-trip inspections of assigned machines, record vehicle information accurately, and operate digital tracking devices. Set up yards for auctions within timelines, assist with equipment maintenance, and provide customer service solutions. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to yard guidelines, speed limits, and company policies. Perform multi-tasking duties in a fast-paced outdoor environment, including occasional overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- At least two years of work experience
- One year of loader or forklift experience
- Certification
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to load and unload vehicles as required
- Must be able to pass training and safety requirements
Desired Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED preferred
- At least two years of work experience, preferably in an outdoor environment
- Excellent customer service attitude and skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Positive attitude/High Integrity
- Bilingual skills a plus
